Shipping policy

Here you will find information about shipping times and prices, as well as which countries we send nicotine pouches to. Our shipments are handled by UPS. UPS is one of the world's largest transport companies and have fast and safe deliveries. They have a large selection of delivery points in most areas of Europe.

Services and fees

Shipping is made Monday – Friday, with exceptions for public holidays in Sweden and Europe. 

*UPS transit time after package has been received by UPS. Please allow for additional time for order handling. We usually ship 1- 24 hours after order is placed.

Free shipping

We offer free standard shipping within Europe on all orders with an order value of €100.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been paid and completed, a confirmation with a tracking number will be sent to you by email. 

Operating hours

Orders are shipped Monday – Friday. Orders are usually processed within 24 hours, but may take longer depending on product availability.
