Here you will find information about shipping times and prices, as well as which countries we send nicotine pouches to. Our shipments are handled by UPS. UPS is one of the world's largest transport companies and have fast and safe deliveries. They have a large selection of delivery points in most areas of Europe.

We deliver to all major European countries. Current markets are visible in the address list at checkout. 

Services and fees

Shipping is made on weekdays, Monday – Friday, with exceptions for public holidays in Sweden and Europe. The delivery time is the transit time for UPS' service. Our handling time is usually 0-24 hours before shipment during weekdays. Weekends and holidays may add additional handling time.

 

Free shipping

We offer free standard shipping within Europe on all orders with an order value of €100 or more.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been fulfilled, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you by email. Please note that It can take up to 1-3 days – depending on product availability, weekends, etc, before your order is shipped.

Operating hours

Orders are shipped Monday – Friday. Orders are usually processed within 24 hours, but may take longer depending on product availability.

Holidays

Christmas, New Year and Easter are public holidays in Sweden, so please allow for additional time for both shipping and handling time during these periods. Contact us if you have any questions.
