All payments is made through Viva Wallet, one of the Europe's most established payment providers. Payments can be made through Visa and Mastercard.

All transactions are made in Swedish Krona (SEK), but as this site is equipped with a currency converter, you are able to see prices in Euro, British Pounds (GBP) and Swiss Franc (CHF) and Danish Krone (DKK). The total amount will be converted to Swedish Krona (SEK) during you checkout. The Order Confirmation emails after payment, and invoices will be in Swedish Krona (SEK).

The exchange rate is updated on a regular basis through Yahoo Finance. Please note that exchange costs may occur when your card issuer process your order.

First, nicotine pouches goes under several names; white pouch, nicopod, nicotine pouch, all white pouch and white pod. Some people (mainly Swedes) can even call it snus. A nicotine pouch consists of nicotine, flavoring, sweetener and filler. On this site we refer to them as nicotine pouches.

Yes, they are. All nicotine pouches sold at Nico&Pouch are 100% free from tobacco. The nicotine in white pouches is added as a separate ingredient. So there is no tobacco in the products we sell.

Various ingredients from plants are used as fillers. Usually these are cellulose and plant fibers, for example pine and bamboo.

Most of the pouches we sell are moist which means that they contain a little bit of water so that the pouch will start to deliver taste and nicotine right away when you place it under your lip.

Some pouches such as  ZYN Mini Dry do not contain water and are therefore referred to as dry. This means that it will take a little bit longer for them to deliver since the saliva has to do the job of moisturizing the pouch so that taste and nicotine exudes.

Nicotine products should not be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Nicotine pulls blood vessels together and raises heart rate and blood pressure. If you have heart problems, angina or irregular heartbeat, you should also avoid nicotine products.

White pouches often contain sweeteners but never sugar so from that aspect it’s ok. Nicotine has no effect on blood sugar levels, but consult your doctor if you are unsure.

Because they do not contain any tobacco, you do not need to think about storing them cool. You can have them at room temperature and take them with you anywhere. But if you prefer them cold then keep them in the fridge, its all a matter of taste. You can also freeze them if you like.

White pouches are considered perishables and therefore there is a requirement for a expiration date. However, the product does not become bad after the expiry date but the effect and taste can be weakened.

Nicotine pouches do not contain tobacco and will not discolor the natural enamel of the teeth. However, all teeth are different and there may be dental materials that can react with the ingredients in a nicotine pouch.

It depends on which brand you use. However, most white pouches contain a binder that is not completely biodegradable. The bags should therefore be disposed of in your regular waste. There is a lot of research on materials going on and we hope that there soon will be a product on the market that is 100% biodegradable. When the day comes we promise you will see it in our shop!
