How long will my order take to arrive?

UPS Standard delivery usually takes 1–5 business days. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours on weekdays.

We ship Monday to Friday. Please note that weekends and Swedish public holidays may affect processing and delivery times.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination. The exact shipping cost for your order will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Can I return a product?

Unopened and undamaged products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. We cannot accept returns of opened products or products where the seal has been broken.

How old do I have to be to place an order?

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order with Nico & Pouch. By accepting our Terms & Conditions at checkout, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.

The carrier may request valid identification upon delivery. If the age verification cannot be completed, the parcel may be returned at the recipient's expense.
